I switched my cell provider to Verizon because I got a $1000 Rebate offer SWITCHNOW21 from Verizon. When I joined, they said it will take a few months for it to show up. So I waited and nothing happened. I ended up calling them about it in Dec 2022 and they said it should have already been applied but let me do that again. It will take a few months. It still didn't happen and now I called them again in Oct 2023 to follow up, they said that it is over 12 months and we cannot do anything. Meanwhile, Verizon kept telling me to wait a couple months every time I called. This is clearly a horrible way to honor your promotions.
