I am writing this here because all other ways to get some answers FAILED. last year, I was supposed to get Welcome bonuses for adding 2 new lines, in the amount of 350$ each ($700 total). I have called few times with complaint, that the Bonus was not awarded to my account. First time, I was promised that it will take about 3 months to see Bonus on my account. I waited 2 months, and decided to reach out again, to get an update. To my biggest surprise, I was told that I NO LONGER qualify for Bonus... Huh??? How is that possible? I have been lied to and mislead by your company in a very unprofessional way. I have wasted time calling, waiting for extensive period, just to hear " Get Lost!"? If there is anyone who still Values customers experience and loyalty, please, look into this issue, and get back to me. Thank you
