I ported over 5 numbers from AT&T. Four used physical SIM cards and worked fine. the 5th person was out of state so we set it up with an eSIM working with Verizon personnel in porting and tech support. Now the phone will not connect to the 3G or LTE networks. It will only connect to 1x. I have spent a great deal of time on the phone with tech support but to no avail.
Sorry to learn that one of the lines is having some issues with connecting to the cellular network. Does this device show 1X no matter where they go? Is the iPhone 11 up to date with the latest software?
