I have a samsung s10 on my plan. when i went to move all my phones to an unlimited plan, the s10
wont work with the plan. it has been working with my 8 gig plan for almost a year. why is this?
Buchta1, we are sorry to learn that you are not able to change your plan. A phone should never keep you from changing your plan. The last thing we would ever want is for you to not be able to use your s10 with the plan you want. To better assist you, I need to ask you some questions. Is the s10 on a suspended line?
