I got a new number and line (unlimited) and got an email about qualifying for the BYOD $350 rebate, yet I got an email today saying the location I went to was "invalid". It was a Verizon wireless store, I'm not sure how it was invalid or not a participating location. It wasn't an authorized retailer, it was a legitimate Verizon store. Why offer the rebate if it won't end up qualifying and your chat service is literally the most useless thing on the planet.
