Our company recently purchased a new 3G network extender last week (we already have 2 of the prior model working great). This new network extender doesn't seem to be functioning. The Power, GPS, and WAN LEDs are blue, but the SYS LED alternates between fast blinking red and slow blinking red. I've left it on over the weekend, but came back today to the same problem. I called support, and they informed me that this was a nationwide issue that they were aware of (blinking red SYS LED) and to keep trying. Can anyone confirm this?
