3g moble Broadband Speeds!

This is just Purely unexceptable speeds. about a year ago sitting at this exact same spot i was getting 1.5 download and 1.0 upload not im just a fraction of the speeds. What has changed Verizon? all your efforts going into 4g us people that wont see 4g for Years cause we are in Rual America have to suffer even more now? I pay good money for services that are getting worse and worse does my price go down....? NO it does but your service quality does? Am i able to break my contract cause you are not providing me with the same service as when i signed the contract....? No not with out a hefty fee.  These speeds are just not gonna work specialy when speeds where much much faster.  My signal Strength is -86dmb and im on hte evdo rev A but still the speeds are horrible. Now I have heard that in my area there was some deal with Verizon and Sprint to let us use their towers for our 3g but that it is no longer in effect. and thats why our speeds went down cause we are actually on verizon's towers.  If this is so thats the biggest bait and switch ive ever seen. and we should be aloud to cancel our contract so i can get on sprint and use their towers.
