We have 2 4G LTE Jetpacks and an Iphone 4 3G hotspot capability. Beginning 3 November around 5PM EDT, the Jetpacks began to intermittently disconnect from the network. Later in the evening, the service seemed to restore. Beginning around 8:30AM EST, on 4 November the same issue manifested itself again. We are able to establish a hotspot using the 3G Iphone 4 to operate our network.
We are located in Central Maryland. Is anyone else experiencing this issue. If so, where?
I'm in Maryland as well and I loss LTE service to my iPhone5 sometime yesterday and still don't have it back today. From Hagerstown to Baltimore I usually have LTE coverage, but none on my commute today. 3G is working for me too.
hi...i live in brighton, co...got the upgrade to the motorloa razr m...supposed to be 4g...never once do i get it..half the time sitting in my own house i dont even get signal...sorry i upgraded..
LTE service in Maryland is restored.
I began having connection issues on Sunday. I spoke with tech support on Monday and went through turning the phone off, turning the phone back on, checking this and checking that; to no avail. Then I was told it is a sim card issue and to go to my local VZ store to have sim card replaced. Enroute to the store; I have a connection. Go by the store anyway just in case there is something else going on. Was met at the door by a rep whom I explained to re my connection issue. He turned the phone off and turned it back on and said everything is fine. Great customer service there Verizon. Needless to say, when I arrived home later that evening; no connection again. This morning I had a connection for a few minutes and then nothing!!! I can receive and make calls, receive and send texts; but have NO internet connection. WHAT THE HECK??? I am in Tennessee near Knoxville and have never had an issue such as this before..........
