What is the latest software version for the 4G LTE Global USB Modem U620L ?

Mine says:

software:  1.3 (l1.218.1 m9x25met-2.44.3 1

config: l1y.nvt.usb620.0

last update 12/10/2016

update history = never updated

I attempted to update it and it says "no update available".

Thanks.

That's the shop page. It isn't related to the software updates. Verizon Wireless needs to add that device to the updates page.

I called tech support and found out as of June 2017. 2.44.3  is the latest version.

You MUST have an active Verizon sim card in the usb modem to do the update. There is no other way to update it.
