I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem with their device disconnecting while in the middle of using it? It can't be from inactivity because I will be in the middle of doing school work when it disconnects. I have the 4G LTE VL600

Hello tztrod,
Don’t you just LOVE how far wireless technology has come over the past few years! Once upon a time we had to be connected to cable(s) to enjoy fast internet connectivity. Fast forward to today and now we can enjoy blazing fast internet speeds wirelessly with Verizon 4G LTE network! As you wireless provider, I want to ensure that you are able to take full advantage of our ever expanding data network!
May I ask what make and model computer are you using? Please include the operating system as well as this is a big factor in what troubleshooting steps will be applicable. Also, what version of VZ Access Manager do you have installed on the computer? Assuming that there isn’t any physical or liquid damage on the USB modem, I want to check your data record to verify the status of your current and past connectivity attempts. In order to do so, please send me a DM with your full name, mobile number on the modem, and a brief summary of the issue. I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you…

I have this happen to me ALL the time ... then I have to go through all kinds of gyrations trying to get back online again. These gyrations include removing the device and reinserting ... or doing a restart on my laptop, or doing a restart, removing the device, reinserting the device, and hoping it'll work ... My Gmail will not load all features because of a 'internet connectivity problem'. My website pages take longer to load than dial-up.
I have been calling support since early July ... I have been promised return calls - none have been forthcoming. The worst thing I did was to 'upgrade' to this new modem. I can hardly wait until my contract is up - and I may not wait - so that I can change carriers. The most discouraging thing is the total lack of response from Verizon support.
