Need help! I sent in my 4G LTE for a new one. The box with the replacement had a label affixed to the inside of the box. Instructions said to use the label in the box to return the device. There was no other label in the box other than the one that was affixed to the INSIDE of the box. I inverted the box and sent it back with my old device, using USPS, which is what the label said. Verizon is now saying they did not recieve my device and want to charge me for it. I followed their instructions using their label. I have noticed that others did not recieve shipping labels either, but not sure if they had one attached to the inside of the box like I did. I have called numerous times to "customer" support to get this resolved, but no luck yet.
