Oh boy, Trky2005! Seems like you had quite a night with your MiFi connection.
Have you gotten it to work again? May I ask what device you have?
Here are some steps you should take to see if we can get you connected again.
1. Close VZ Access Manager
2. Make sure the 4G MiFi Hotspot is disconnected from the computer
3. Wait up to 30 seconds and then reinsert the MiFi into the USB port
4. Restart VZ Access Manager
Take note, when you attempt to connect to a web page, do you get an error code or message?
****Also, ensure the SIM card is inserted properly in the MiFi. You may also need to restart the computer you are working on.****
