5510l setup problems

my 5510l won't let me into the set up page it won't recognize my password. I use the password that shows on the mifi device. It has worked in the past.

I'm very confused because I used the mifi password and could access the setup page on my tablet, apparently the problem seems to be with my laptop with windows 7 on it. I don't understand what could block the password on my laptop I will try to see what the problem is.

Delete the existing wireless profile for the Jetpack on the Windows 7 computer and then restart the computer. After the computer restarts, use it to reconnect to the Jetpack in order to create a new wireless profile for the Jetpack. (You’ll need the Jetpack’s Wi-Fi Password to do this, so have it handy before you start: use the buttons on the front of the Jetpack to get the Wi-Fi Password).
