7730L Jetpack not holding a charge

7730L Jetpack charges to 100%. Within 4 hrs it drops to 25% then holds in that area for an additional 8 hrs. I have my cell phone and laptop connected for email reading and texting only. Bad battery? Once it hits under 25% I can't charge my cell phone.

Anyone else have this issue?

You should be able to charge your phone Ann12345. How long has this been going on for? Have you tried a different charger/outlet? You did mention cell phone and just wanted to clarify; we are talking about the Jetpack correct?

Brand new Jetpack. I have tried various outlets. Tech support felt that Jetpack was defective, so I returned. Ordered a different model as I wanted more battery time than the 7730L advertises.
