Added Money to JetPack 4G-No Data Plan?

I added $15.00 to my son's JetPack this morning and it showed the $15.00 but it said, "No Data Plan?" This is not the first time I've added $15.00, but it is the first time I saw the no data plan statement. What is different now?

Contact VZW and find out.  This would be a good one to talk to a VZW rep.  If you find out then post your results for the rest of us.
