I recently bought into the Verizon Broadband program to rid myself of ATT. I like it and it seems to work for me but I have one issue that seems not have a fix. I have spoken to tech support 5 to 6 times and each time no one knows an answer. We reloaded the software and it did not help. Yesterday I had tech support tell me that there is not a fix.
Issue: If I am on the web or in e-mail and disconnect my USB760 for sometime, when I come back and try to coonect it gives me an error 633; Connection failed, the modem or other connecting device is already in use or is not configured properly. I have to reboot my computer to get connected.
Has anyone had this issue>???? This is annoying.

I have never had that problem, but I connect to my USB760 through a CradlePoint router. I don't have to use VZAccess
