Can network extender access be limited?

Can access to a network extender be limited to certain phone numbers?  I wouldn't want my neighbors using my bandwidth.

You can not block them completely but you can limit access by activating the device manager that can limit access to any device not on your approved list...

Log in at https://ebillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/accountholder/netWorkExtender/NetWorkExtenderSummary.action and setup preferred devices..
