I see that i have a software update to downloan for MiFi 4GLTE Jet. The only problem is when i click the link to go to the .zip it says im not connected to the internet. I clearly am though because everything else is working fine. Ideas?
Download the firmware update from a different computer. I'd suggest trying on a WinXP computer. You can also bring your device into a VZW store and have them perform the update for you if you do not have the resources to do so on your own.
