My dad just bought a verizon jetpack hotspot a few days ago, the 4GLTE one, and up until Saturday night it worked fine and then for some reason I can't get it to work with my laptop. It says in the wifi connection tab that it's connected and has a good signal but I can't seem to get the internet to work on there and it only fails with my laptop. When I checked the status of the connection it said that it was broken between the two devices. I've tried shutting and down and restarting both devices as well, even reassembling the jetpack and nothing seems to work.
Hi byakko - Let's get you surfing at top speed! Do you have any firewall or anit-virus settings on the laptop? I am eager to get to the bottom of this!

Restore the defaults on the Jetpack by pressing and holding the Restore Defaults button under the back cover. The device must be powered on to complete this procedure. Once the device stabilizes then test your connection again.
