Can't access Usage info

When I click on usage tab I get an error message " Device Not Activated.  An activated device is required to get usage info."  I am using my 760 just fine - getting on the internet with no problem.  I am connected to the internet when I attempt to access usage.  Any ideas?

I just got off the phone with tech support - there is a "glitch" in the VZ Access Manager that prevents the usage statistics from being viewed.  I have the USB 760 and running with Windows 7.  They said they are working on it and that the only way to get usage info is to go through My Verizon online. 

 

Now if someone could just help me figure out the wireless router issue......
