Hello,
Try switching the 802.11 Mode to a different value than the default. Your laptop might not have a 802.11n compatible wireless card on it. When your laptop tries to communicate with the MiFi, the MiFi might be sending it the wrong kind of wireless signal.
Heres what you should do:
1) Connect to the MiFi on one of your tablet or iPhone
2) Navigate to 192.168.1.1 (or whatever your default gateway is)
3) Type "admin" in the text box
4) Click Login
5) Click the Wi-Fi tab
6) Change 802.11 Mode: to 802.11g + 802.11b
7) Click the Apply button
😎 Test the connection with your laptop
If you are having problems with that 802.11 mode then try a different option like B only.
