Can't get a printer to show up on this net work?

I have a new wireless printer, it doesn't show up on this net work  I tried the CD the printer came with and it doesn't do the trick

You need to connect the printer to the network before it will show up on anything.  Look up the user manual for your printer and follow the instructions for creating a network connection.  After your printer is connected to the network you can try reinstalling the software that goes along with it.

If you could confirm what VZW device you are working with along with the printer model that would be a great place to start.
