I am using a Blackberry 8830. I install VZ Access on my Vista Toshiba and the network connection works perfectly the first time I connect the BB. Once I disconnect and restart the computer, I can't reconnect VZ Access. The computer sees the BB and asks me to enter its password and the BB sees the computer, asks me to enter the password and then a Blackberry drive comes up on the computer. That is the same thing that happens the first time I connect the BB to the computer after a new VZ Access install so I know the physical connection is OK.
Every time after the first time I run VZ Access there are no green bars and no "Available Network". VZ Access does indicat "RIM-8830" but there is no battery level indication. It seems like even though the computer and BB see each other, VZ Access can't see the BB on the second and subsequent connections.
The Blackberry is on an Enterprise server and the VZ Access connection does work better on a company XP machine. Is there anything in the Enterprise world that could cause VZ Access tp be able to work fine on my own computer the first time it is installed but then not work on subsequent connections?
