When I access the Network Extender Manage web page the access setting groupbox is greyed and cannot be used, also none of the red buttons work. I've contacted vzw customer service and they think it is their problem, but they have not resolved the problem. Are any of you experincing this problem? (the Network Extender is working OK)

Thanks for the information. I'm glad the problem is known and it's being worked on. Hope it's resolved soon.
A Verizon tech told me yesterday that the website management page should work as of May 12.
Yep, I had the same problem:
I had to call twice to finally have someone at tec tell me the same thing.
The best part of the whole ordeal was that "hollyb" Blog Support Team gave me the standard:
"Try the following link for troubleshooting this problem
http://support.vzw.com/information/network_extende r_troubleshooting.html
If you still can't find your solution, you may need to contact someone via the Contact Us page and ask directly
http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/ You can choose the email or Live Chat option."
At least your Blog tec "MorganB" was aware of the problem. I can only guess that when Verizon changed their website, some of the functionality didn't migrate over.
So according to "Bob23", we'll just have to wait until May 12th.
I cannot find the page on my account to do this. I sign in with one of the phone numbers on my family account. (My phone) but I cannot find my network extender as part of my "phones and services" that the tech support said to go to so that I can list priority phone numbers. Please help.
I feel your pain, the site can be confusing.
NOTE: You must be the primary owner of the account. If you are not, you will not be able to access the Network Extender window.
Here is what you need to do.
1. First click on "My Services", do not select any of the drop-down items (i.e. Friends & Family, Group Comm.....ect. ect.) This will take you to the "Services Overview Page". This page should display your specific phone along with your plan type and minutes usage.
2. Look for the box below "Manage My Friends & Family". It's the in the 2nd column, 2nd box labeled "Network Extender".
3. Click on "Manage". This will take you to the Network Extender page.
4. From here it's easy, simply select "Open Access" to allow all Verizon phones to access, or you can click "Managed Access" and "+Add Contacts" to input as many as 3 Verizon Wireless callers.
NOTE: The site states "Select as many as 50 Verizon Wireless callers", but all of the documents that come with the thing states up to 3.
I love my Network Extender. I now have service in and around my house and the only time i have problems is when I am on the internet downloading large files such as music & videos. When that happens, my signal has a skipping sound at both ends. However, I blame that on my slow ADSL connection. But if you have cable or dish internet, it should be fine.
Lucky
I am having the same problem and customer service is worthless! On hold for an hour just to be disconnected!!
