I have a Red light and a Green light on my Canteena, speed on my computer is very slow whats wrong?
LTE Internet (Installed) formerly Home Fusion, has two major components: the HBA or antenna and the HBR or router. These are electrically connected together with coax cable. Since I don't recall anyone before you mentioning lights on the antenna, I'll assume you are talking about the lights on the router.
The first step would be to review pages 6-11 in the manual to help determine what is wrong and call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 where recommended.

Turning it off when it fails, waiting a minute and turning it back on will solve many
problems. Also, pushing the Reset button can help too.
