So i want to keep tabs on my usage, but when I click "usage" in VZ Access Manager it says there is no device detected. It will not detect when the Fivespot is connected via USB or when I disconnect it. What am I doing wrong?

First, try these steps to detect your device when it's connected via USB.
- Launch VZAccess Manager.
- Click Start > Programs (All Programs) > VZAccess Manager. From the Networks tab, click Detect Device.
- Click Start.
- If prompted, ensure the desired device is selected then click OK.
You can check your approximate unbilled monthly data usage for your Fivespot though the following options:
* With the Fivespot connected to the computer via USB cable, in VZAccess Manager, click the “Usage” button.
* Log on to My Verizon or My Business Account and click usage.

Everytime I disconnect my 5 Spot from my USB port on my computer I have problems. I have to delete the ZTE driver and VZAccess manager software from my computer. I have to reload the driver and software again, before my computer will detect the 5 Spot again.
