Connection to MiFi 4620L Jetpack from XP Home

I have a MiFi 4620L Jetpack hotspot that works fine getting any
device to connect to it, except my XP Home SP 2 Laptop. The Laptop has a
802..11b/g WLAN card and can see the Jetpack fine, but when it tries to
authenticate I get Certificate or extra credentials needed and a login screen
pops up, I enter my password and get Limited or no connectivity. Can anybody
help me get my WLAN card settings right so I can get connected. Thanks

Windows XP machines dont like WPA

Either Upgrade your windows xp to SP3

or

Drop your security to WEP

The Next issue is the Certificate:  Windows cannot find a certificate

you need to disable IEEE
