I am trying to load my VZAccess manager and when I insert my USB760 I can go through all the steps and everything loads but when I get to having it recognise the USB when I insert it, it tells me that the data interface is missing and when I try and search for it it can't find it.  Help!  Verizon tells me it is a Dell problem and Dell tells me it is a Verizon problem. I'm running Windows XP Professional.  I even downloaded the software from the internet and it still won't load.  I'm going crazy.

If you haven't done this make sure that you remove all copies of vzam. then try to reinstall the it only from the device and not off the internet. If the device is still not being recognized then look in your device manager to see if there are any conflicts. if there are, then right click on the device conflict and manually locate the drivers under program file/verzion/driver (you will have to do a little digging on this part)
