For about 3 months now, my JetPak won't display the data usage. It says it is not available at this time. I can go to the web and get the usuage with no problem, but when on the road, I want it from the JetPak. Any ideas why it is constantly unavailble?
Yikes, let’s get you connected and able to get your info on the go. Did you notice any new updates to your jetpack, 3 months back, when this first started? Any damage to the device at all? Do you notice a difference in your internet connectivity?
