Dear Verizon Broadbands that are lousy, not getting what i paid for.

OK GUYS IM SICK  OF IT, im stuck on a **bleep** contract, and if im late i get cut off and still charged. thats just plain mean.  TO THE BROADBANDS: aren't you supposed to bring me the internet? Half of you are sleeping on the clock.... OR Are you afraid to come anywhere in west phoenix? Why is it that I move, 5 miles directly south, that my connection STINKS?? I mean like 2 bars of connectivity! does that mean i can pay 2/5th of my bill cause the pages are slooooowwww?{please keep it relevant}
