Is there a working link for downloading the enhanced app for Mobile Broadband Manager for the Pantech ULM295? All the usual links are dead or broken.

yarelim_vzw, the application (Verizon Mobile Broadband Manager) keeps telling me I need to download critical updates but when I click on the link it leads to a dead site. There is no current working link for the Enhanced App. All are broken links.
