Has anyone found a fix for Extender dropping calls. This device is unusable as is.

How long have you had it? Have you tried unplugging everything? Reset?

I have had it for about 2 days. I had another which I bought from e-bay and it had the same issue, though with an iPhone. Verizon claimed it was because I had not bought it from them. So I purchased on. Now this appears to be doing it with my wife's Motorola. I have not rebooted it but I shall try. And let you know what happens.

Is your phone able to use it, but not the Motorola? What device is it that's dropping?

Make sure Advanced Calling is disabled. AC won't work with the extender.

Who is your service provider, what service plan (advertised upload and download speed) and in what zip code? What brand modem and router? If you are not using a combination modem/router, does the NE work better if you connect it directly to the modem bypassing the router?
