Fix the usage records

In the past several days the usage page as well as the pop up on VZAM is not even updating a day behind let alone real time. Since the plan is tightly limited to 5GB of measly data we need to be able to check it whenever we want otherwise you can't accurately prove that you are registering our data truthfully which we really are at your mercy when it comes to reporting. Does Verizon read these message boards because I rarely if ever see a rep reply to questions here.
