HP mini crashed....getting new hard drive....VZ access software?????

Can someone please help.  I have an HP mini 1000 with VZ access broadband pre-installed.  Bought it almost 2 years ago.   The hard drive crashed and I can replace it....but how will I get the VZ access software back?   I am still paying for the broadband service even though i cant use it right now.   Can someone help?   VZ said call HP....HP said they wont help without me buying a new warranty.

When I plugged in my MiFi 2200, it just took off and downloaded the software from Verizon.....

Could this be the case for you??

Plug in your device and see?

go to www.newegg.com purchase a 2.5" SATA drive in your desired capacity. replace drive. reinstall windows. vz access manager may be downloaded at www.vzam.net
