Help with 4G LTE and internet connection

I am not able to connect to the internet on my compaq laptop using the 4G LTE.  The laptop is picking up the signal and the Jetpack is showing the laptop as connected but I am not able to bring up the internet on my laptop.  What should I do?

Restore the defaults on your Jetpack using a paperclip and the reset button on the back of the device.
