I too upgraded from the 2200 to 4510L a few months ago. As soon as I conducted a firmware update the internet stopped working. I later learned that there are known issues with this update but didn't know this before. Now they are in the process of sending me another device. Until then, I am using my old 2200 which is actually working better and faster than the 4510L ever did. As far as I am concerned they can keep the new one. My question is, why are they continuing to push out this update if they are making many devices fail? The worst part is that you can not roll back to the original firmware version the device came with unlike the old ones. Bottom line, newer is not always better! I have had Verizon for many years but in the past 6 months their network and customer service has dropped considerably. Whatever you do....DO NOT upgrade your firmware....I guess it goes back to if it ain't broke don't fix it! Good luck and hope that helps.
