When my HomeFusion cantanna was installed, the installer mounted it on the lowest part of my roof. Wouldn't it make more sense to mount it on the peak of the roof? If they ever install a new tower to the north of my house, I would think that I would get better reception if my house was not blocking the signal. Living in a rural area that is very hilly and covered in trees, common sense would tell you to mount the cantanna on the highest point possible. I doubt that Verizon will send out an installer to re-position my cantanna without charging me.
I just got mine installed and he mounted mine at the lowest part too. He claimed he had 65% signal and that it should be fine. Are you having issues?
