How do I put my Verizon Jetpack in vacation mode for six months?  I was told when I purchased it that I could do that when I wasn't using it.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We do have a way to suspend the jetpack for seasonal/vacation. There is a $15.00 fee to suspend.
We can suspend for 90 days maximum per instance, 180 total days in any 12 month period.
When you sign in http://bit.ly/XO51J0, you can suspend the service.
I hope that helps!

I would use the online method and not the call customer service method. There have been people that are charged $15 to have customer service to spend and free to do it online
