I was unable to use my MIFI 4510L on my last trip to Canada. What do I need to do to enable operation while roaming in Alberta?
Unless you're a millionaire, you don't!
Verizon's roaming rates in Canada are $.002kb ($2.05/MB) without a global plan (VERY high!), and with a plan it's *STILL* $25 per 100MB.
It's just not worth it. In all but the lightest use-cases, it'd be cheaper to get a canadian device and get prepaid Canadian mobile broadband service while you're up there.
