How do I link my Samsung Galaxy Tablet to my Jetpack 4G LTE Hotspot

The tablet isn't finding my Jetpack when I scan. So I tried manually entering. But it comes back as 'out of range'.

Do other devices see the Jetpack? If so then the issue is with the Tablet. If not then the issue is with the Jetpack and a reset should be performed.
