How do you determine GB usage on verizon card ?

I have a built in Verizon Wireless card in my Dell laptop.  How do I check on the alloted GB used per month, so I don't go over ?

Click on "My Verizon" and then click on the phone number assigned to the card.  Then click on "usage."
