How to get started - Prepaid Mobile Broadband

Going on a week long trip to relatives that do not have wifi and need Internet access,

 

I'm interested in the Prepaid Mobile Broadband offering but a little confused on how I order this. When I look to purchase one of the USB Modems it appears to make you choose a contract plan.

What is the process to obtain a USB Modem and one of the Prepaid Mobile Broadband plans?
