Knowing the best way to manage your alerts on your device is extremely important. We appreciate you sharing the model jetpack you have. So that we can help further, can you please tell us what type of alert you're attempting to read/clear? You mentioned that you don't have any messages so knowing what you're seeing will help tremendously.

Try sending a text message to your Jetpacks phone number.
