How to stop the vz manager from controlling wifi?

I do not want the verizon internet software to control the local wireless connections.

But, everytime I start the machine the verizon thing disables the windows wireless service.

How can I stop this, permanently?

Rerun the wizard. Click tools and run wizard and just chose the manager not to run your wifi
