Is anyone having this issue as well? It goes back to original install every time it . cannot seem to get it to quit....seems to be random as well....having to reinstall all updates every time
I have the exactly same issue. I'm trying to contact HP tech..To me it happened when I try to close the VZAccess manager...plz let me know if you found anything about it...
I'm having this same issue as well. Anyone experiencing this that has found a resolution????
Also, to those that have had it, what did you do next? I got an option to boot in safe mode then I believe I got a message to run a fix program which just hung for over 10 minutes. I had to remove the battery to be able to reboot.
I'm also experiencing this issue on an HP 6930p. It happens intermittently when I click the "Disconnect" button in VZAM. BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Extremely frustrating.
