I am needing help finding out where I can add data to my Ellipsis Jetpack mobile hotspot.  I purchased the hotspot from Walmart and I went to add the data card, but to no avail.  I have called customer service and because I don't have a Verizon phone number the automated service keeps sending me all over the place with no success.  I just need to add the data card that I purchased.
