I can Not connect to my computer with my jet pack

No matter what I try it will not let me connect online using this jet pack. I am using jet pack model# MHS29LVWQ. I am using Window 7. and have a USB wireless port. I have configured it in network sharing but it doesn't show up on my wireless connection tool bar so I can't connect.

What can I do? I just bought this device. My Old one worked fine!!!!
