My NE works for a few weeks then quits.  All lights are blue, router has the proper ports forwarded. Tech support has me unplug, wait for all blue, still doesn't work.

Repeat process several hundred times.

If by some miracle it starts working I will be able to use my phone for a few weeks then the process starts over.

Serious Verizon/ Samsung fail. Not sure if it's poor hardware, bad software, or some combination of both.
