It says Ethernet connected but no Internet service
I have spoke at least 3 times with support to no avail, the jet pack works on my computer, smart phone and portable PC.
I had a wireless 2 wire with ATT and it worked perfectly. I spoke to Direct Tv and everything appears to be working any ideas before I incur Direct TV service call

Any time a device is not able to connect to a MiFi the wireless password is most likely the problem. You have to make sure that your Direct TV device knows what kind of password the MiFi is using before it can complete the authentication.
All MiFi's default to WPA2 security. If you continue to have problems you may have to bump it down to WPA or turn it off. Turning off the password is a good troubleshooting step as it will confirm if the problem is password related or not.

To change the wireless security see page 52 of the 5510L User Guide:

raamw, let's get you connected. When placing your Direct TV device in WiFi mode, it should automatically provide you with all wireless connections available. You will need to select your Jetpack device in this list and enter the password. For more specific steps on how to connect to the Jetpack with your Direct TV device, you will need to contact their technical support team directly.

Call Directv and tell them its not connecting to your wireless network. Don't tell them what company it's through or what device. Just say it's not connecting wirelessly and they will troubleshoot it with you. I had the same problem but the were able to help me figure it out.

Change your password settings on the jet pack from wpa2 to wpa/wpa2 that fixed it for me.
