I just got this jetpack and I'm trying to use it but it's asking for a password.  I have not set up a password so how do I get it to work?

Did you try the default password that came with the device?

Either there is a sticker on the back of the Jetpack with the WiFI/Admin password or there is a control panel with an option to lookup the passwords.  For confirmation you would need to share with us your Jetpack model number.  From there we can look up the User Guide and determine where your password is stored.
